3. Iyengar –

Iyengar yoga is more detailed and precise than other form of yoga (Hatha and Vinyasa. Iyengar yoga is a form of yoga in which practitioner needs to hold on a pose for certain period. This form of you is specially made for those who love to pay attention to every detail.

In this form of yoga, the practitioner can use props such as blankets, straps, ropes wall, or yoga blocks. These props are meant to create a safe and effective environment.

4. Ashtanga Yoga –

For beginners it is best if you start from Hatha or Vinyasa first. Once you became pro in Hatha and Vinyasa you can move to Ashtanga.

5. Bikram Yoga –

Bikram yoga is a form of yoga in which practitioners have to practice a series of 26 postures and two breathing techniques.
